As the carob trees grow, so does our knowledge.

Working with R&D centres, agricultural specialists and agronomists from Catania University, our mission is to keep improving carob cultivars and their industrial applications for Carob Bean Gum production.

This includes the increase of tree productivity together with pods and seeds yield. In 1998, 5,000 carob trees were planted then grafted 10 years later in 2008 with different cultivars. Today they span over more than 35 hectares, but our passion to discover more continues to grow.
