From every carob tree, we cultivate growth, research, and future potential.
Our carob tree plantation has been at the heart of our journey since 1998, when we planted 5,000 carob trees in Sicily. Ten years later, in 2008, they were carefully grafted with different cultivars to strengthen growth and improve diversity. Today, the plantation spans more than 35 hectares — a living example of how tradition and innovation come together, and a constant reminder that our passion to discover more continues to grow.
Beyond cultivation, the plantation also serves as a center for carob cultivation research and experimental agronomy, where we study ways to support carob yield improvement and enhance carob gum quality. Every harvest contributes to producing the highest-grade carob bean gum, ensuring both environmental sustainability and a reliable natural supply chain for generations to come.
